Yeah. That's right.

I wouldn't say I like this picture more than I like pictures of pug puppies with their tongues hanging out; but I do like it a lot.

Weird Love

Being in a relationship is weird. I mean, it's not probably for you. You 'normals' who are well adjusted and didn't wait until you were 19 until you had your first proper kiss. But it's weird for me. For the person who has been eternally single for most of her adult life.

I say that and in other way, the way where I remove the 'relationships whaaat???' glasses, and put on the the 'just hanging out wid yo' shortie' glasses and it feels like the most natural thing in the world. Like, this person, who is so much fun and so interesting to me -- I struggle to remember what life was like before him despite only having known him a few months. He's very quickly become my best friend. I can say anything (anything!) to him and it be okay. He doesn't squint and turn his head sideways or raise his eyebrow and sigh. He doesn't shake his head and change the subject. He just listens and responds and makes me feel like I'm not an insane person for the thoughts that run through my head (this works in the short term at calming me down but I do tend to always come back to the indisputable fact that I am actually an insane person for a large portion of day - though, in fairness, that portion of the day is diminishing with every passing week) (it's now more like 7 hours a day rather than 12 or 13).

I can share my thoughts about this all being a trick he's pulling on me - that he doesn't mean the words he says to me or writes about me. My thoughts about whether it's too coupley to sign a birthday card from us both and what other people will make of it. My thoughts regarding whether I'm a rubbish girl for not having a relationship timetable -
Him: '...and yeah this other girl at work, who's 22, was talking about how she and her boyfriend are moving in next year, then in two years they'll get married, a year after that they'll start a family'
Me: 'Oh. Wow.'
My brain: 'You're a rubbish female. You should have all this planned out already. You plan everything else out!'
Me to my brain: 'While those ideas as a general abstract are fine, and planning a holiday or a trip to the theatre is fine, when you start making me think I need this major life overhaul shizzle pinpointed down I start feeling like I'm going to have a panic attack'
My brain: 'AND THAT'S WHY YOU'RE RUBBISH AT BEING FEMALE'
Him: Everything all right? This work chat isn't boring you is it?
Me: Not exactly...

I know that there are plenty of people who have got my back should I ask for assistance but this guy has it without me ever having to ask. I feel like we're the most awesomest team I've ever been a part of (though in honesty, belonging to teams has never really been my strong point). I'm so content at the moment, I feel so comfortable and relaxed with myself and with him. And that's all a bit freaking weird.

It's sad that that's weird right?

Today's lesson

Parks and Recreation is totally my favourite new sitcom. It helps that three of the male leads are the archetypes of males I find attractive. Observe:

We have quirky-cute wherein the male is objectively cute but in a kind of quirky way (and whom we still like even though he was in Elizabethtown):

(see also: Rockwell, Sam; Levi, Zachery; McAvoy, James)
Sample quote:
Mark: Would you break the rules?
Leslie: I won't murder.
Mark: That's good to know.

There is hairy hot, wherein the guy the hairy and insanely hot (is he insanely hot because of how hairy he is? Only the worlds top scientists are able to answer this - and that is basically why the Large Hadron Collider was built) (fun fact: did not fancy him till this show despite watching every episode of Everwood - he was far too buff at that point - and enjoying his 'Che' performance in Season 4 of The O.C. emmensely, but god, now with him playing a man who lived in a pit who is still desperately in love with his ex-girlf it's like ALL my 'aroused' buttons have been pushed at once. Yup)

(see also: Galifianakis, Zach; Cardigan Man, Irish; Arimathea, Jesus)
Sample quote:
Ann: We should have checked before to see if you were... home.
Andy: Oh no, I told you. I moved out of the pit. I decided to go back because I forgot my headphones. And I laid down on this really comfy tarp, I saw this old cereal box I hadn't read before so I must have drifted off.

Then, finally, there is mustachioed manbear wherein, well I mean COME ON! like I need to explain this. Seriously Ron Swanson needs to be called Ron Swoonsome (Duke Silver works for me too). That picture really makes me want to fire up my uterus and make some babies (and also, in real life he is married to Karen Walker from Will & Grace who is my spirit animal. This knowledge makes me like the character he plays even more and I'm not sure why?)

(see also: P.I., Magnum; Um... various others, Misc.)
Sample quote:
'Strippers do nothing for me. I like a strong, salt of the Earth, self-possessed woman at the top of her field. Your Steffi Grafs, your Sheryl Swoopeses, but I will take a free breakfast buffet anytime, anyplace.'

Thus endeth today's lesson on guys I who think are hot.

Never Gonna Change My Mind

Do you ever get the feeling that if you met Joey Lawrence in person you would probably walk away feeling bitter disappointment?

I get that feeling. I get that feeling in SPADES.

Late Night Lover

To be honest, this whole 'Leno v. Conan' thing don't mean shit to me because if I'm up late it's to watch nerdrific documentaries about Chaos theory or recorded episodes of Party of Five. And I'm British and live in Britain and don't have the choice of either/or (I don't think) BUT what with the blogs being all of a twitter (I heard that line somewhere today? Glee?) about 'something-something Conan quits so Leno can steal back his show whatever-whatever' I have learned something REALLY interesting in the last week or so...

I am SO HOT for Conan O'Brien.

Swoon!

(Plus he wrote one of my fav Simpsons episodes, which I already knew about but thought you might like to know as well just in case you decide you want to date me, because fyi, writing a really funny episode of The Simpsons will DEFINITELY count in your favour.)

Hot Rod

Been a while since I saw this but watched it today and was reminded that my boyfriend Andy Samberg and I have a near-on perfect relationship given our joint love of both cupcakes AND Friends trivia.

''Now parked in our seats, movie triva's da illest
Whose 'Friends' alum starred in films with Bruce Willis?
We answered so fast, it was scary
Everyone stared in awe when we screamed 'Matthew Perry!'
Now quiet in the theatre or it's gonna get tragic
We're about to get taken to a dream world of magic''

More presents I like

I like cheese a whole bunch. If I had to choose between a stubbly Robert Downey Jr in a black chunky cord coat (swoon) or a box of cheese then I honestly don't know what I'd go for (I would probs go for the cheese, natch).

This is why a box of cheese present is the best present of all.

And look! He even wrote out little nametags for them! <3 <3 <3

Cherry Cherry

This just totally cheered me right up

Did you know that Neil Diamond is a white witch and puts magic in his songs and that's why they make you feel so good when you listen to them? TRUTHS.

Sazz fact: I actually quite fancy Jason Biggs when he has Neil Diamond hair.

Huh

I only really fancy Demetri Martin when he looks like Cat Stevens...

...but I don't fancy Cat Stevens.

No, wait. I do in that picture. Carry on.

Perfect Stranger

So, this week is parents week (whatever that means. Yay getting yourself knocked up?). My job title includes the words 'parent information' so my time has been spent whizzing backwards and forwards between events across my patch handing out leaflets, being smiley, accosting women with pushchairs outside school gates and getting them to fill out questionnaires (that last one is just for my own fun). Smiling and chatting and being friendly and knowledgeable? E-X-H-A-U-S-T-I-N-G. And I've got two days of it to go. And I've been nursing a tension headache since yesterday as a result. Ergo = bad mood. Until that is I find that The Onion AV Club interviewed Bronson Pinchot.

Yes. THAT Bronson Pinchot.

He's awesomely frank and bitchy about Tom Cruise and Denzel Washington. If there's one thing that'll make me happy it's Balki bitching on Hollywood stars. Well played A.V. Club, well played indeed.

Tick box

At the moment (read: 'literally within the last two days') I am obsessed with Demetri Martin. I do this thing a lot where I find something I really like and then I'll research it endlessly and try and cater to that void in my soul where I need as much information as possible about the obsession at hand (the tv show Glee and the writer David Foster Wallace have been the most recent subjects of this bizarre mental condition I seem to have. I think it's the remnants of when I was a semi-professional stalker of crushes*). I'll start at the Wikipedia or IMDb page depending upon what category of entertainment it falls in to (it will always fall into a category of entertainment of some kind. I have yet to develop this disorder in relation to car gear boxes or horse riding or something) (though I'm sure those things can be extremely entertaining) and then work outwards from there, linking to interviews, biographies, pictures, character assassinations, who they are dating etc etc. What I then do is work out how similar (or, usually) dissimilar my life is, to the life the object of my obsession has had. How did they start their career? Where did they get the idea for the tv show/book/film from? What did they do before they [insert thing of note here]?

I find it comforting and depressing in the same measure. What I have learned is that most of these people started off normal (as in, they could have been your neighbour or work colleague at some point rather than 'pretty mentally stable' - in that case of 'normal' it is usually not in the affirmative in one way or another. They have lived recognisable lives up till a certain point is what I am trying to say). But then, for whatever reason, they decided to stop living recognisable lives and do something they really wanted to do. Stop looking for approval and start making themselves happy or whatever. That's all quite inspiring stuff, except for the part where I know I will probably never get to the crux on my life's journey where I do the tailspin-turn-around-wacky 'I'm moving to Dakota and going to clown college mom!' type manoeuvre.

And, weirdly this has never occurred to me but revelation! light bulb! this is perhaps where my incessant researching starts to make sense: I think I'm looking to collect enough evidence that I could pack up and leave for clown college tomorrow and everything would be ok. Meaning that, maybe, one day, I could be brave enough to follow that life-long dream of becoming a clown in Dakota too. Just like how they all did! Every now and then I will come across something that someone I admire has said when discussing their funny little quirks from their 'pre-Dakota Clown College' lives and it pushes me further along the scale of thinking if they do it why can't I?

Demetri Martin has done this for me today:
At some point I created a point system, like breaking my life down into categories, and then in each category trying to achieve certain things in a week's time. Every Sunday night I would tally up what I had achieved, for a total possible of 35 points. It was mind, body, career, personal management/relationship contribution. It was pretty funny. It was really ambitious in retrospect. The stuff I set out to do each week was pretty much impossible. I kept track of it for 27 weeks. I had a binder in which I actually was consistent for half a year. Every week I'd carry it around with me. I never got 35 points. I never even got close. Years later I found it, and I was like, “Oh my god, this is crazy.” 4 points was my lowest week, and I think 24 was my highest. When I made the system I figured I'd be topping out in the 30s, and once I'm close to my maximum, I'll just bump up each category, I'll just make the goals a little harder. And then that way I can develop a balanced set with the different things that I'm trying to learn how to do. I averaged 11 points out of my own system. So I failed kind of miserably. But the cool thing is that ever since then I haven't really ever been bored. I haven't watched TV since then, and I just never really feel like there isn't something to do. That changed my perspective. So it's like, draw a picture if you're sitting somewhere, or write something down, or write a palindrome. It's just about all the different opportunities in one moment. It changed my perspective on time and creating things.
[Via]

I actually feel kind of embarrassed by the fact that this quotes illustrates exactly where I am right now. I've got this grand 'get shit together before turning 30' plan and it is the most elaborately detailed series of boxes and checks and ticks and numbers and shit. It's insane. I have lieterally broken down every area of my life where I want to achieve something and worked out to the day what I have to achieve. This data is then inputted onto a monthly spreadsheet so I can make sure I'm on target. Even things like 'finish 4 books a month', 'see 6 plays a year', 'complete one craft project a month' is planned and logged and ticked and checked and calibrated (maybe not the last one). Anyway, every now and then I have a 'what the fuck am I doing this shit for?' moment and finding this Demetri quote just made it all better for me. He has made my mental illness ok. Gay Beatles can do that for you. (And it is true, from devising this system it has ensured I am now never bored).

The only difference between us is that I'm actually doing quite well at achieving all my goals. Maybe it won't be that long before you see me ride past on a unicycle with a rainbow wig on after all.

*Chloe was my guru in this field of study and remains the only true professional I've ever had the pleasure to observe in the art of stalking. One particular amazing experience left me breathless with wonder: We stepped inside the Psycholigy admin office and she proceeded to engage the clueless admin lady in the most inane yet captivating conversation whilst slyly scanning the walls which had all the undergrads pics and photos on to find the name of - later we discover complete dickish - object of her affections at that time. It was like watching Mark Slone in action! But in real life, and a girl without a moustache, and stalking a romantic interest not trying to solve a murder. Otherwise - perfect analogy.

Parentheses laden post

[Don't say you weren't warned]

Me and my pal Nick (not to be confused with Nic) (side bar: everyone I know is either called Nick/Nic or Dan and variations thereof which makes life confusing on a number of levels when most of these souls have little to do with one another and you have to explain that no, this is the Dan that's the alcoholic fuck-up that sent you to counseling and that is the Dan who is the wicked funny one with a penchant for Ricky Martin tunes and that happens to be the Dan that messed your best friend around about 17 times and is a total dick, etc etc ad infinitum). (This is why nicknames were invented). (I guess?)

Where was I?

Yes. NICK for the purposes of this blog known as 'gay husband' or to give him the name by which I actually call him to his face 'Bobbins' (long story. Does one ever grow out of calling people by their non-parent given names just to make it be a bit more insidery, and therefore more difficult, for anyone trying to get along with your 'group'? Particularly when you insist on calling them by their actual name, fake name, fake nickname, new name that probably won't catch on, in a random rotation so that no-one is ever 100 per cent sure of whom is being discussed at any given time? Will I grow out of that when I hit 27? NEXT MONTH HOLY SHIT I'M FREAKING THE FUCK OUT RIGHT NOW might I add) and I are both fans of these new-fangled celluloid motion pictures that all the kids are talking about ('they' say they'll be the next big thing but I'm yet to be convinced. I have my trusty puppet and shadow theater that caters to all my entertainment needs thank you very much). But yes, blah blah jokes, we watch a lot of films yet we rarely agree on what makes a good one. Unless it's foreign language in which case we do. And it's always that we like it (possibly because we don't really understand them so just pretend to like them for the sake of keeping up appearances? We're both Hyacinth Bucket enough for that to be a plausible hypothesis). Anyway, much like with crushes (which was on my mind today as I have a new girl crush - it has been so long since I've had a real-life girl crush I've changed dress size and hair colour about 16 times - and I was imagining us going on a date and her asking what celebrities I found attractive because, of course that is something that comes up in normal dating conversations, when you are 12, but I couldn't think of anyone. I'm always like, oh my god I LOVE him/her when other people mention their passions but these names never stick in my mind when I'm asked outright. I fill my walls with pictures of unicorns and Ethel Merman and, no disrespect to either of them, I like them but just not like that, so it's not even that I can do a mental sweep of hotty pictures about my palatial surroundings . Of course, if she was asking me when I was 12 to answer this question it'd be easy - Dean Cain and Joey Lawrence. Simple. Fast Forward centrefolds and cut-out thumbnail pics of both them adorned my abode), I can never think of films that are worse than the ones he comes up with when we have that argument (most recently Benjamen Button and Vicky Christina Barcelona, the latter of which he hasn't even seen b.t.dubs, have been the subject of our lively over-dinner conversation. Which, just to set the mood, was in an African-Latino restaurant soundtracked by your-dad-by-way-of-Chevy-Chase covering Keane songs? Seriously. Your Dad/Chevy came to each of the tables asking for requests and we wanted something by Hall & Oates but he didn't know any :( How is that even possible?) so the list that precedes is basically for my reference purposes and nothing you really have to worry your pretty little head about but like, it's there if you want to read/comment. Who am I? Blogging Hitler (like normal Hitler but fascist about blogs, not ethnicity). I am not blogging Hitler. I am blogging Sazz. Nice to meet you.

Anywho.

Crash
Paul Haggis is the worst writer of all time ever. No hyperbole, just science. That's the worst film I think my eyes have ever witnessed. This shit won an OSCAR? What?! HOW? Not for the screenplay though right? Because the screenplay was abominable... SHIT OFF! IT WON BEST PICTURE AND BEST SCREENPLAY?! This is not happening, this is NOT HAPPENING. I love a film that makes you think but all this did was make me think about blowing a hole in my head. Because really? Racism is bad. Oh yes, I see now, but maybe we are racist in ways we didn't even think about. (I am looking at you Sandra Bullock). And also racists can be nice because they sometimes pull Thandie Newton out of her car which has just crashed. And also Ryan Phillippe shoots people in the head occasionally for being mad about something but I forget what now. Awesome. Nailed it. Instead of a semester spent learning about social groups and their tendency towards prejudice and the wider implications of that using the Holocaust as a case study I should have just watched this film. Except I shouldn't because it was dumb and awful. I think it angers me so greatly because people told me this was good. It is not good. It is the opposite of good. It is ungood. That's how not good it is. I resent the fact I sat through this waiting for a pay off of some kind and never got it. Maybe the Academy was just giving out awards for being the worst that year? That'd make a lot of sense.

Match Point
Jonathan Rhys Meyers. Very attractive guy. Probably a lovely guy were you to meet him in person (who am I kidding, he looks like he'd be a dick to you). He cannot act. I cannot watch him on screen without cringing.
I tried to watch The Tudors the other day and I couldn't sit through more than 4 minutes of his wooden, HAS-to-be-reading-directly-off-the-cue-cards 'acting'. What's weird is that I saw this at the cinema alone and thought it was ok. I remember walking out thinking 'yeah, not great but pretty good' and then I watched it on DVD with someone else and couldn't get beyond him saying 'you have very sensual lips' to ScarJo and that was me done. Forever. JRM is outta my life. He was ok in Bend it Like Beckham right? Was I just too enamoured by his pretty pretty face back then? PastSazz sure is dumb.

Planet of the Apes
If you ever get the urge to cast Mark Walberg in a starring role then just take a step back, breathe deeply and ask yourself the following question what the fuck do I think I'm doing? And then, hopefully, we can all be saved from disasters like this.

Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous
I'm sure I have spoken about this before. Let us not dredge up the past again but looky here, Sandra Bullock pops up again. I sense a theme.

Teen Monster
My friend Kes gets these weird crushes every now and then that make my face do this :S and Ryan Reynolds is currently top of that list. Which means we have to watch every Ryan Reynolds film. Including this one which was rated 18 (for no reason whatsoever except that maybe children shouldn't be privvy to this mess of a movie) and comes on a Sky Movies channel intermittently and basically is the oddest thing ever with things like Back to the Future references peppered throughout that make no contextual sense. It's a mess of a movie, which you know five minutes going in when Ryan is presented as a goth. No. Just... no.

Films I like that I know I probably shouldn't like
- The Hottie & the Nottie (I'm sorry I do. It's not 1.7/10 bad at any rate)
- The Lake House (I might even go so far as to purchase this on DVD. I really like it and not even in a 'so bad it's good' way but in a 'I like this' way. Even though I can see it's objectively bad. I don't know what to tell you!)
- Loads of stuff I could probably cop some shit for but I'm not necessarily embarrassed about.

Films I refuse to watch on the grounds of human taste and decency
- Most Kevin Spacey films. I kinda like him, I just think he seems to make really bad choices.
- White Chicks. Which Bobbins likes. I rest my case.

Hapologies

No podcast till tomorrow. Apparently SOME members of ADOAA think it's more important to be sitting in a beer garden than editing our pearly words of comedy wisdom for a podcast (other members think it is important to lie on the sofa watching Amanda Bynes movies and feeling a little sick after a Saturday night involving run-ins with Nick Grimshaw and Shia LeBoeuf lookalikes - relax, they were basically children, nothing untoward happened except me correcting them on it being 'Josh Hartnett' not 'Jake Harnett'. I school the young on the important things in life).

Instead I think you should watch the trailer for G-Force. My boyfriend Zach Galifianakis is in charge of an elite group of crime-fighting guinea-pigs and Gob Bluth sends them to a pet shop and then they have to get the old team back together to stop Bill Nighy! Or something! It's definitely something along those lines! This film basically has the potential to knock Citizen Kane off all those 'Greatest Movie of All Time' lists (*spoiler alert* Rosebud is his sled. That's pretty gay on it's own but when compared to crime-fighting guinea-pig? It's the Carson Kressley of movies. Which is a totally relevant pop-culture reference. Particularly when you consider he was in the running for the 'Not at all offensive. Shut up! Gays! Aren't they just Magical?! Fab-u-lous' Teen Choice Award*). I might have to break my own rules about CGI animals on this one.

*This really is a real thing that exists. How can I transport myself to one of those parallel universes where homosexuality isn't fetishised or reviled and just accepted? For time travel you need a DeLorean so what is it for parallel universe hopping? A tugboat? Station wagon? Horse Bike? What?

But in a bath though

'Hello I'm Rupert Everett. I'm here to talk to you today about Lord Byron. Whilst sat in a bath'

Three things:
1. What has happened to Rupert Everett's face?
2. But why in a bath though? And why Rupert Everett? And why Rupert Everett IN a bath? (When I make my documentary about Lady Gaga - basically the female Byron* - I'm going to narrate the whole thing whilst sat on the toilet)
3. Seriously, what has happened to Rupert Everett's face? He doesn't look bad (exactly) just different. I'm curious is all.

Compare and contrast:

Past & Present

I think it was the recent collectors edition of Heat that first brought this new weird Rupert Everett face to my attention. You know the issue of Heat I'm talking about right? The one with the 90's cut-out-and-keep pull out? The one that your two best friends call you about because it's got updates on Harvey Kinkle (in a bluegrass duo!) and Tug from Home and Away? That one? You've cataloged every edition of Heat in your mind right? Well then, you know what I'm talking about.

Anyhoo, I just figured, weird camera angle. Because sometimes, and I know this may shock you, I can sometimes appear less than attractive in pictures and it's not because I'm a minger like you are probably thinking, it's always the fault of the camera angle. Even when you see me in real life and your eyes tell your brain I'm kinda gross: Eyecamera angles fault (this is definitely a real thing). ESPECIALLY then in fact. This is science. But no, I watched an hour of Rupert flouncing round Albania and Turkey and he has totally got a weird face. Though I still find him strangely attractive. Which... yeah. Figures.

*Consider the evidence: bisexual, wears daft outfits, clearly a bit insane, writes poetry the likes of which could rival Shakespeare (e.g. 'I'm bluffing with my muffin'). It's almost too perfect. And we havent, to the best of my knowledge, ever seen them in the same room at the same time. Jus' sayin'.

To do or not to do

You guys, I really thought I had the procrastination thing licked. Like, I know if there's one thing that won't make me happy as opposed to making me happy it's wasting time when there's shit I need to be doing. And yet here I am, 11:22am - half the day is nearly gone and I'm still in my jimbly-jamblys and googling 'George Lamb girlfriend' just because, well... *looks ashamed* small voice: 'I kinda fancy him'. Actually, I did but then Holy Moly revealed the following (that may or may not be true but I am as susceptible to this stuff as any 20-something raised on a diet of gossip-blogs and Heat magazine):

and then I didn't anymore. Even if he does have salt and pepper hair (it's only since I noticed the salt and pepper hair that I've been in lust) and dresses really well (he really is an excellent dresser).

I also saw what his girlf looks like and ain't no way me competing with that.

Point is, procrastination. I hate it. I can't relax when there's things to do and I haven't done them yet but on the first night of a week off work I got suckered into a two-for-one cocktails deal by a homosexual and then spent more money on alcohol in the world's best ever pub (it really is. People go 'oh that pub, it's the best pub ever' and you're like 'sure, sure it is, people dancing on tables to Guns'n'Roses? That definitely sounds like the best pub ever' and then you go and you're like 'HOLY SHIITE! This is the best pub EVER! There are people dancing on tables to Guns'n'Roses! This is the best!' And there are and they do. It was a Friday night in July and everyone in that place knew all the words to all the songs and everyone was dancing like it was New Years Eve or something. But without the inherent feeling of depression because it wasn't actually New Years Eve. The best). 'Were there loads of poseurs' I was asked after (the death knell for any cool drinking hole in my world) and I said 'no' but, in truth, I have no idea. I was in a drunk bubble. Unless you were within a one meter radius of me and directly within my eye line I didn't see you or have any real notion you existed. That is the power of the drunk bubble. SO, that's an explanation for why I spent Saturday being queasy and watching Barbara Streisand films. Which isn't what I'd had planned for that day. I still have ironing to do, a shower to take, a yoga dvd to put on and maybe do (I probably won't do), paintings to paint (I gave my bedroom a spruce and covered the walls in bright yellow as a sort of physical manifestation of the internal changes I've gone through of me moving on and doing better and so I'm left with this gap where I pre-planned two paintings whilst seemingly forgetting that at some point I would have to do some actual painting of the canvases), I have my accounts to do (for real yo) but I'm not doing any it. I'm here, talking about it. Might as well finish off watching 'What's Up, Doc?' I guess. Babs is smokin' in this one.

Yo Teach!

I just fell in love with Jason Schwartzman again.

I wish this sitcom was real. I would watch the shit out of that show.

Cool beans

As commenter Omaha2010 says:

Exactly. Exactly that. I couldn't have put it better, nor more eloquently, myself.

You know what else I like? When it says on this picture my hair is a bird your point is invalid. lol

Happiness

Is this picture.

Mostly cos it contains my boyfriend Zach, that guy who is in everything and noone knows his name (I know his name of course. It's Bradley Cooper. I can list three movies he's been in right now without even bringing to mind the imdb logo*. I also know who wrote The Pacifier**. I know this stuff. I'm not proud, it's just facts. Cold hard facts smashing directly into my brain and staying there for one unfathomable reason or another), and of course everyone's favourite a cappella aficionado Ed Helms.

Perfection.

And coming to a cinema near you June 2009. Sweet.

*Wet Hot American Summer, Wedding Crashers, He's Just Not That Into You. This stuff isn't hard for me. If anything it's too easy.
**Thomas Lennon. He has been in Reno 911, I Love You Man, and 17 Again. How do I know this? I don't know. Really, I don't. I just know that I know it. Let's accept that and move on.
